Hi Fellow Democrats -

The primary ballots have been mailed out now, so I hope you have
looked yours over carefully and figured out how to vote the
Democratic ballot.

As you know, many initiatives will be on the general election ballot
November 7th. We have an opportunity to learn more about the No on
920 campaign at several events in Yakima County next week, so I
encourage everyone who can to attend one of these events. The very
modest Washington State estate tax impacts only a few of the state's
wealthiest families (99.5% of estates are exempt from the tax), so
eliminating it will decrease funding for public education and other
programs. We need to work hard to make sure all voters reject I-920!

Below is the information I have received from the No on 920 campaign.

Thanks,
Leni Skarin, YCDCC Chair
