There was an article in a local Washington paper that reports that our Republican counterpart, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), is going to be back in the &quot;black&quot; after Republican leaders funneled over $3 million into their accounts to help put them on track for 2008.  Republicans will use that new cash to directly attack our Democratic candidates.
